libluabind-dev software package provides luabind c++ binding for lua: static library and headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libluabind-dev
libluabind-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libluabind-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libluabind-dev *
You will get with libluabind-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
